I graduated as a dental hygienist from Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Kuopio in 2019. After graduation, I worked as a dental hygienist in Jyväskylä, after which I found my way back to my home region of Pirkanmaa.

I have experience in both the private and public sectors of oral health care. My areas of expertise include teeth whitening, maintenance care for gum and periodontal diseases, home care instruction, fluoride treatment, and powder (soda) cleaning. At Helmiäinen, I also work as part of the periodontal care team. I focus on diseases of the gums and jawbone and their treatment in collaboration with the dentist.

It’s important to me to work while listening to the patient. My goal is to make the visit a pleasant experience for the patient. I am precise and meticulous, and I provide personalized care that meets the patient’s current needs. I also make sure that treatment is always as pain-free and straightforward as possible.

In my free time, I relax by exercising and spending time with friends and family. Welcome to my practice!
