I’m originally from South Ostrobothnia and graduated as a dentist from the University of Oulu in 2002.

My approach to dental care is holistic. You’re welcome to book an appointment with me for general dental care – check-ups, fillings, root canal treatments or tooth extractions. I also treat gum diseases and provide bite splint therapy. In addition, I carry out a range of prosthetic treatments, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and implant crowns. Even extensive, comprehensive treatments are easy to arrange, as our wonderful team at Helmiäinen includes many specialist dentists and a wide range of expertise.

Listening to my patients, respecting them and taking their individual needs into account are values close to my heart. I’m happy to treat patients of all ages, including those who feel anxious about dental care. When needed, I can also provide dental treatment under general anaesthesia.

In my free time, I enjoy sports and music.
