I graduated as a dental hygienist from Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Kuopio in 2005. I have work experience in oral health care in both the public and private sectors.

As a dental hygienist, I perform tartar removal, fluoride treatments, oral hygiene instruction, powder/soda cleanings, and teeth whitening treatments. You can also book an appointment with me for services such as attaching dental jewelry or for a consultation if you’re considering teeth whitening. You may also see me in the dentist’s office, as I occasionally assist the general dentists at Helmiäinen.

I spend my free time with my family, go to the gym, and occasionally go rock climbing. I really enjoy physical activity that’s practical, such as gardening in different seasons.
